I took this picture in New York from the top of one of the double decker tour busses a year ago. The number of cops in one place is what interested me, but while looking at it later the way the lights appear and the patterns they create is what caught my eye. In the street, the lights coming off of cars while due to the camera settings the blue seems to almost pop off the side of the cars. The accent of the lights in the trees and off the buildings put it into perceptive while still carrying out a theme through the lights.
