This photo was taken from a plane going to Colorado. I have always loved taking pictures from the plane, the aerial view is my favorite. To me its hard to remember that we live there and that its not just some design that doesn't really exist. One of my favorite things about this picture is how the leaves are beginning to change making blobs of red, orange, and yellow across the landscape. The way the lake reflects the trees and the way mountains seem to go on forever, it makes me appreciate the natural beauty our country has.
